Covid-19 Information

Crazy Times

The Coronavirus has changed the way many of us have lived over the past few months and this will likely hold true as you stay with us in 2020.     What you do during your stay not only affects your family, but it also affects the reservations of the guests after you.

NOTE:  Our home is NOT A PLACE to quarantine if you have been diagnosed or think you may have COVID-19.  If anyone is infected with Coronavirus during their stay with us - we will likely have to cancel the rest of our rental season.

Guest Guidelines

  • 50% percent of those with COVID-19 didn't know they had it.  Since many people might be walking around spreading the virus unknowingly we ask that all guests wear protective masks whenever they head out to a public establishment, whether it's to pick up food at a local restaurant, fill up with gas, or anytime you're in at a retail establishment.      Yes, you will find probably 50% of the people around you are not following the recommended guidelines, which makes it that much more important for you to wear a mask when out in public.    It's a requirement of your stay with us.

  • Please bring enough hand sanitizer with you, one to keep in the car, and the other to keep in the house.   And use it any time you get back from a public outing.   Please make sure your entire family washes their hands frequently, especially when first walking into the home when you arrive and anything you come back from being out.  This will help to spread of the virus onto door handles, remote controls, light switches, night stands, drawers, etc.

  • New Hampshire has relatively few cases of Coronavirus, especially in the town of Milton, which is why it is IMPORTANT that guests from out of state keep away from retail establishments as much as possible, and not mingle with neighbors during their stay at our lake house.
