We have found that not all navigation systems know exactly where our home is on their map.  If you follow the information below you will find the home without any problems.

Important!  If you only enter the address into Google maps it will end up taking you to the wrong end of Bolan Rd. Our home is at the far end of Bolan Road, where it connects with Northeast Pond Road and that is also the easiest way to go.  During the winter months you cannot get to our house from the other end of Bolan Rd.

Manual Directions (From Massachusetts)

​

• FASTEST with NO STOPS

 

• Take Route 95 North (or 93N to 495N to 95N) toward Portsmouth, NH 
  then bear left and head north on Route 16 / Spaulding Turnpike. 

• Take Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 18 (31 miles). 

• Take right onto Route 125 South for 2.7 miles. 

• Take Left onto NE Pond Road for 1 miles (bottom of hill) 

• You'll see Bolan Road (dirt road in front of you). Go straight onto Bolan Rd. 

• The Lake House is the second home on the left. 

 

• STOP AT CONVENIENCE STORE OR TO GET GAS
   

This route has you taking exit 17 (instead of 18).  It's shorter, but a bit slower, so the travel time is pretty much equivalent to the directions above.   Taking this route you'll pass by a Dollar General, Cumberland Farms store / gas station, Dunkin' Donuts, and the Pizza Nook.  During the summer you can add The Pink House to this list as well.  No real grocery stores on this route, but okay for last minute snacks.

 

• Take Route 95 North (or 93N to 495N to 95N) toward Portsmouth, NH 

• Bear left and head north on Route 16 / Spaulding Turnpike. 

• Take Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 17 (27.4 miles). 

• Take right onto Route 75 East for 0.2 miles 

• Take Left onto Route 125 North for 4.6 miles 

• Take right onto N.E. Pond Road for 1 Miles (bottom of hill) 

• You'll see Bolan Road (dirt road in front of you). Go straight onto Bolan Rd. 

• The Lake House is the second home on the left.

• STOP AT MARKET-BASKET TO GET GROCERIES

Follow this route if you would like to stop for groceries before arriving at the lake house.  On this route you'll pass by a Market Basket as well as a Dollar General, Cumberland Farms gas station, the Pizza Nook,  Dunkin Donuts, and The Pink House (Summer only).
 

• Take Route 95 North (or 93N to 495N to 95N) toward Portsmouth, NH 

• Bear left and continue north on Route 16 / Spaulding Turnpike. 

• Take Spaulding Turnpike to Exit 16 (22 miles). 

• Exit 16: Keep right at the fork and merge onto NH-11 W/US-202 W (0.4 miles) 

• Keep left at fork for Route 125 N (Milton Road) (for 0.7 miles) 

• Turn left into Market Basket (Rochester Marketplace) 

Continue to Lake House after shopping 
 

• Take Route 125 North (for 8.6 miles) 

• Take right onto N.E. Pond Road for 1 Miles (bottom of hill) 

• You'll see Bolan Road (dirt road in front of you). Go straight onto Bolan Rd. 

• The Lake House is the second home on the left.

• Take Route 93 North to 101 East (or Route 3N to 293N to 93N to 101 East) 

• Take Exit 7 on 101 to NH-125 North (for 19.9 miles)

• Get onto Route 16 North to Exit 18 (14.2 miles)

• Exit right onto Route 125 South for 2.7 miles. 

• Take left onto NE Pond Road for 1 mile (until bottom of hill) 

• You'll see Bolan Road (dirt road in front of you). Go straight onto Bolan Rd. 

• The Lake House is the second home on the left.
