For the comfort of our guests during the humid and sometimes hot summer months we have installed mini split air conditioners throughout the house to keep the home comfortably cool and dry.  
 

PLEASE READ
 

• Do Not Touch the Air Conditioners OR their directional Air Vents. 
  They are automatically controlled and will break if manually moved
   

• The Air Conditioners will automatically keep the 2nd floor bedrooms at a comfortably dry 69 degrees and the first floor at 70 degrees.   If those temperatures are too cool for you you'll be able to easily adjust them to your liking.
   

• The AC's will automatically turn ON and OFF based on temperature and/or humidy.
   

• If sliding doors are LEFT OPENED in a room with an air conditioner the
  AC will Automatically TURN OFF.   Once the sliding doors are closed the
  AC unit will Automatically TURN ON within a minute of closing the doors.
   

• On the first floor, the AC will turn off if the Living room or dining room sliding doors are left open.     In the upstairs bedrooms the same is true if their sliding door is left open.
   

• On cool nights, many of our guests would prefer to have fresh outside air.  That works too!   As mentioned, the AC's will automatically turn off if the sliding door in that room is opened.

YOUR COMFORT MATTERS TO US

If you find that the temperature in either of the upstairs bedroom is too warm at night or too cold at night, please send me a TEXT MESSAGE at (603) 339-2187, and I will be able to remotely adjust it for you as soon as I get the message.  

Keep in mind that if the sliding door is open, the AC will automatically turn off, so it is important to keep the doors closed behind you - on days that are hot and humid.
