Check in Time

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.   Please send a message to me at 603.339.2187 to let me know your ETA.  I like to meet each family on the day they arrive in order to provide a quick orientation.

Checkout Time

 

Checkout time is 10 a.m.  Before leaving, please close all open windows and close and make sure all exterior doors and sliders are locked.  Strip all beds and place dirty towels into one of the laundry baskets in the upstairs hall closet.  Use the second basket for linens.  Place waste baskets and kitchen trash into the garbage receptacle in the garage using the trash bag(s) provided.

Front Door Keyless Entry

During your stay you will enter the house using a 6-digit code of your choosing.    The front door has a keypad lock and all you have to do is press on the "Schlage logo” then enter your 6-digit code.    No keys to carry around or lose.  When you close the door to leave the house just press the SCHLAGE LOGO to instantly lock the door.   You will be receiving a welcome email from us where you'll be able to provide us a 6-digit code of your choosing.

 

Securing the house when you're not home.
 

There are 8 sliding doors in the house.  Please make sure that you close and lock any door that you have opened before leaving the house.  All doors have screens on them, and we ask that you close the screen doors behind you any time you step in or out through a screen door.  This will help prevent chipmunks, birds, bugs, mosquitoes, or flies from entering the house. 

 

Garage Entry

 

While no remote control is provided for the garage door, feel free to access the house through the garage when loading or unloading your car.   A push-button wall control is located in the garage near the entry into the house.    We ask that you don't park in the garage.

Parking

​

Please park in the driveway.  The driveway offers plenty of room for up to four cars.  Please do not park in the garage.  The garage may be opened from inside the house, if you find it easier to bring your luggage in this way.  Please be sure to close the garage door when you're finished to help limit the chance of chipmunks getting stuck in the garage.

Life Happens

As with any home, there is always a risk that something might happen during your stay.  Please let us know immediately if a problem arises (roof or pipe leak, fallen tree, etc) or if something stops working.   Early notice will give us the ability to correct the issue quickly, and  before it becomes a bigger problem.      Sometimes things mistakenly break or something happens that you may not want to disclose,, but letting us know upfront is so much less problematic than having us discover it after you check out.
