Thank you for choosing the lake house for your getaway. We hope you love your stay as much as we love it here.  Every room of the house features a breathtaking view of the lake and each bedroom has a balcony or deck that overlooks the lake.

Enjoy your morning coffee as the sun fills the home with morning light.  Enjoy even the hottest days thanks to breezes off the water, a naturally shaded deck, or sitting out in the screen porch.    At night, take in the stars or moon light from any of the balconies or deck.

The lake house is located on Milton Three Ponds, a large 1100 acre body of water that is ideal for boating, jet skiing, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding.  The waters are calm, the boat traffic is light, and the views are relaxing.    Take a kayak over to the Maine side of the lake and you'll find a Bald Eagles nest perched up in a pine tree.

If you need information on anything, questions about one of the appliances or anything else  please reach out so that we can help make your stay more enjoyable.   We try to meet each of our guests upon their arrival and to give a very brief walk around of the home, and then the home is all yours for the duration of the stay.
